Villa Magika is a stunning nine-bedroom house located in a beautiful corner of the Mediterranean Sea. Within every floor there is a three-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, spacious living area, and terrace with a panoramic sea view. Every bedroom is decorated uniquely, creating a magical atmosphere that will make your stay unforgettable. But what really makes Villa Magika stand out is its outdoor space. From the outdoor kitchen to the dining area, you can soak up the sun and enjoy a meal with a view.

Also, do not forget your furry friend Villa Magika is a dog-friendly place.

Equipment for your adventures

In villa magika we can provide sport equipment for both in the water and out of it. there is no need for reserving any of them as it will be there for guest to use.

We have two kayaks that guests can use. One hard and one inflatable kayak.

We can provide two sup with paddle for anyone to use.

We do not provide extra bikes, but there are shops where you can rent bikes. Additionally, our activities page lists places to visit.

Frequently asked Questions

Getting here

Pirovac is a small village between Zadar and Sibenik. Coming by car is the easiest, however coming by plane is not as difficult. Both city mentioned before has an airport and form there buses come to Pirovac. Otherwise taxsies can take you form the airport to Villa Magika.

Children - accommodation

We welcome every member of the family, however we can not provide any children bed.

Pets (dogs)

We are glad to welcome your four-legged friend to our Villa. Please, send us inquiry for pets other then dogs.

parking space /boats

The parking space can fit about five cars. If you would like to bring down your boat please contact us before hand so we can provide a more accurate information.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited within the Villa. Outside on the terraces and outside we provide ashtrays.

Cancelling reservation

Reservation canceling is free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. In the event of cancellation at short notice, one night is charged if we are unable to fill the room with another booking. Applicable in the event of early departure. At Christmas / New Year the cancellation period is 14 days before arrival.

       This villa was perfect for a group of friends. Spread out on 3 floors, we could socialise together but also retreat to comfy living spaces and bedrooms. The beach is across the road and all the balconies look put over it - a perfect view day and night. Would highly recommend staying here.

      Highly recommended! We loved our stay in Pirovac. The house is amazingly located right at the beach so you can go for a swim whenever you want without having to think about what to bring to the beach etc. The house itself was very spacious, super clean and equipped with everything we could wish for (even a SUP board and a wine fridge!). The centre of Pirovac (with plenty of restaurants) is very close by and there is a cute beach bar close to the house where you can enjoy iced coffees or cocktails at the beach - definitely a bonus!

      I had the pleasure of meeting Agnes at check in. She was very friendly and informative. When she showed me around the house, it looks much nicer in person then in pictures. Honestly the pictures don't do it justice. Right before our arrival the bathrooms was remodel so there are 5 bathrooms instead of 3. The house is right on the beach, walking distance to shops, restaurants and a beach bar. Lots of amenities that we enjoyed such as the kayak, sup and bikes. We would return again.
